Prices on this site are always shown as ranges with an "as of" date, because costs vary by region and season. We never publish a made-up statistic.
What we are not
We are not a supplier, a contractor, or an engineering service. Our numbers are planning estimates, not construction documents. For anything structural, load-bearing, or code-related, confirm with a local contractor or your building department before you proceed.
